About

Professor B.R.A Rao served as an esteemed HOD at St.Joseph’s College and took voluntary retirement in 1983. He has several years of quality experience in guiding students for the Civil Service Examinations, for both Union and State. He take it as a privilege to help hundreds of students to get into the Services. The Institution was formally established in 1984 and has been functioning successfully since then.

Approach

Inside the Classroom with the professor

The use of Contemporary methods like Video Lectures, PowerPoint presentations is practised by the institute as well as the Students are encouraged to produce Videos and PPTs. These are projected in the classroom and are keenly discussed. Periodical tests are held to evaluate and measure progress.

Classes are primarily held on Sundays between 10 AM and 6 PM, However various professors will be handling their respective units.

On weekdays, students can choose to take at least one test a day at their home which is shared via e-mail.

Prof. Rao personally coaches every student.

Video Lectures can be availed from the institute and are often distributed in the class. When a student subscribes for these videos, these are made available online for downloads.
