This is in reference to article 153 : Judicial Control of Administration 1
If any act is passed in both the house of Parliment and after President assent becomes a Law, and later on courts find it to be unconstitutional or ultra vires after a PIL is raised, then does that law ceases to exsist or it remains a law and is reviewed again in Parliament ?
Thanks & Regards
